On May 21, 2011, the Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California held their annual fundraiser at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, California. This year the event is called "Norcal Freedom Walk." It will be the last major event for current Executive Director Neva Hirschkorn who is leaving after ten years at EFNC. The EFNC supports more than 140,000 people with epilepsy in Northern California.
